Very detailed work. Is it pen an ink?

Hello Matt. Nice of you to visit. It is pen/ink on watercolor paper–rough for textures.

I really really like this picture. You hold fundamental values and feelings that are refreshingly out of the manufactured dystopian hegemony that has become so mainstream in Western culture. Only someone in touch with their soul could steep a deceptively picture like this in such insight. I really do like this picture. Thanks for sharing your art.

Watch out, RC, call me ‘refreshing’ and who knows what’s next! LOL.
Glad you enjoy my art. Putting it ‘out’ for public view is a major step–I mean–it’s got to come out of the portfolio carrier some time, right?
–I suspect your ‘comment’ is in reference to another comment elsewhere. In part, I say, when one decides to confront what needs confronting and the ‘tools’ employed for the task are so surprisingly versitile–there seems to be no end in sight…

Your suspicions are correct. I still say that what I do know of you fits well into that picture.

    Erratum

… “deceptively simple” … (it should have read)

well you kept that secret didn’t you. lol, maybe we should have a duel

Secret? No, just delayed postings because of a malfuncting flash drive –aka jump drive–once discovered then ‘scans’ can travel to aqui. LOL.
      How’s it going, Kokot?

Love this art you do 47. Yes I enlarged it and enlarged it until I could see dots and line, both. Very cool.

Hi Leslie. So enlarging made a big difference for you visually? Ought I to post them large instead of a thumbnails? What do you think? Glad you’re enjoying my work—that’s nice coming from an artist as talented as yourself. grins.

Maybe medium and clickable. If you care that others are able to see your rendering.A thumbnail gives an idea of value and depth as though you are viewing the work from a distance. Medium is more viewable and enlarges nicely when clicked.

Thank you, leslie. That helps from someone on the ‘other’ side of the screen. grins.
