during dawn

a ton of words

waiting for ink

        eloped with the morning fog

leaving

just these few in a tiny green glass dish

  caressed by passing wind

and a gentle as moonshine kiss

This is just a delightful little poem. Made my morning, Eva!

Oh now if the poem made your morning then its entire existence is more than justified, bigsurkate! Oh yeah! What more can a poet ask for?

What a warm and delightful poem…just seemed to float off the page.

Oh slpmartin, I LIKE that ‘float off the page’—oooo now, there’s line for a poem of your own.

Ahhhh! The treat I always wait for, your poetry. Now I know how you write so well. The words are in your green glass dish. How beautiful.

LOL–oh Leslie–you know something, there really is a little green dish! Often I do feel as if all sorts of creative things are gathering there because it’s so GREEN.

Mmmm. Yummy. I love the imagery. I especially like the first three lines. So good to stop by again. Thanks for the poem.

I believe I shall plot and plan a few illustrated comics for you in the future. I’m not going to wait on time, because time just ain’t allowin’ nothin’ ;)

COMICS!?—OOO rabbit-poet/artist–if you’re trying to inspire me–it’s working. LOL. When you post your next batch of comics, please feel free to post a link here or via email so I can share the fun! TIME—oh yeah, TIME!!! What an odd human construct that seems to enslave us all the ‘time’.

Whoa, hames1977–flattery will get you everywhere! LOL. Glad you enjoyed my word art. Merci!

you think that as a flattery? that’s not nice thing to say. i am not happy about the way you put this into words.

      • September 14, 2010 at 8:29 pm

Hames1977–I do so hope you are being ‘ironic’ and that we are not having a failure to communicate.
        Thank you.

“Whoa, hames1977–flattery will get you everywhere! LOL.” check this out. don’t you think this is ironic? if you do not have nice thing to say, please do not resort to belittling remarks. it is unbecoming of being a learned individual. i thought you are conscientious artist, you disappoint.

      • September 15, 2010 at 5:03 pm

Hames1977–I am utterly bewildered by your comments here. You take offence where none is given or intended.

Your words remind me of feeling connected with and inspired by nature. Being at peace and one with thoughts, vision, and feeling. Love this poem.

Hi Fives, dustus! Sounds like the poem made you ‘feel good’–hope so. Thank you for visiting.
