crepes & eva’s energy-scapes on the liberty square

Below Above

Yes, this is another effort at shameless self promotion–and not so shameless promotion of some great crepe creators at Crepes on the Square in Liberty, Missouri.  For some food porn vice not from Yi-Ching in the Big Apple visit –> . I do adore  their generous banana & Nutella crepes–crispy please! But  head crepe creator Barclay claims their sweet Lemon Curds are the best. This depends on your taste for TART! index. I confess I’ve got a thing for warm gooey Nutella with bananas thrown  in for the healthy fruit justification for food vice indulgence.  Okay, now if you’re roaming through the Kansas City metro area and desire some very affordable yum yum for your tum tum good eats and a very friendly atmosphere where you can even hang out and play with your email or google directions to your next destination, then keep on driving eastward on 152 highway (aka Kansas St.), through its intersection with 291 hwy and on into and past the residential area until you’re on the historic Liberty Square. Believe me, you’ll know when you’ve reached the square. It’s a busy place but without the congested insanity of the strip mall shopping area west of 291 &  I 35. It’s considerably calmer traffic wise on the Square’s one way streets. I can’t vouch for the level of calm in the courthouse or Corbin theatre or even in Crepes on the Square. But I will vouch for the delicious crepes, soups, and sandwiches created fresh when you order them–and in plain sight–you can even watch from up top on the second floor.  Now for an added bonus you can even take a gander at a selection of my energy-scapes.  “Ley Lines”, “Nirvana”,  “She Creates”, “Swallows Wing”,  “Holy Ghost Descending” and others are hanging on that  funky mustard colored wall.  So wander on to the Libert Square to catch some cool relief from the midwest’s broiling pan with some “hot” crepes and check out eva’s energy-scapes.  Affordable deliclious food and Art in the same place–what more can you ask for?

To read my Artist Statement, see “Wind Walking” and view more energy-scapes click on the sidebar image of “Void” under “energy-scapes”.  Enjoy.

Btw—Hmm, keep it clean if you care to post your ‘more’ desires (especially you, Yi-Ching, and your fellow dueler in food photo vices formerly known as The Tart of the Arts).

See, like I said, they’re friendly crepe-rs. Nothing to fear if you’ve never crepe-d before.

How can you go wrong with crepes? But, the reason for the comment has to do with the energy-scape drawing which I find compelling. To me it suggests a place of simultaneous realities where the past, present, and future are intertwined. It has a Dream Time quality to it.

Greetings artistatexito. Thank you for expressing your engagement with “Below Above”. I’m thrilled that it has a Dream Time quality for you–and everything else it “suggests” because that is the type of response I hope my art elicits. Merci!

What? No donuts? No steak? No mushroom burgers & fries? Interesting that both you and Tart of the Artswebshow are both serving HEALTH food these days. Is this a conspiracy? LOL
Hi. And yes, I would love a ride in that Lavendar car. Is it a convertible?
