The picture and poetry are so beautiful together. There is something infinitely tempting about the pairing…

Hheh – I better follow the Yelow Brick Road then (if I only had a brain)…
I’ve looked at clouds from both sides now,
From up and down, and still somehow
It’s cloud illusions i recall.
I really don’t know clouds at all.
Great shot though:D

LOL–wonderful lyrics, Lynda. And oddly appropriate in a very particular personal context. Interesting that you posted them.

Those clouds are straight out of Disney – beautiful (and unlike Disney – real:)) the verse really goes with the image too!

Disney!? Disney?! OH NO! I’m not sure about wanting to be associated with a DISNEY image. Hmmm, echostains, I am taking your commentary under very very serious consideration because of you Disney reference. HMMMMM! LOL. Yes, these are real clouds–no photoshopping done.

I also loved the photo and how your words worked so well with the title.

Thank you very much, slpmartin for your appreciation. You’ve done some nice pairing of images and poetry on your blogcasa. Oh yeah!

Okay gospelwriter–can’t resist asking if you compose gospel songs–because that’s immediately what came to mind when I read your blog name. Thanks for your kind words.

Beautiful, beautiful depth. The clouds look like I could pick them. Beautiful verse acompanying this.

OOOO you likened clouds to pickable fruit, Leslie. OOOO I like that comparison. Might have to do something with those words. Hi. Verse came while I was shooting a few rolls of clouds the other day. Luckily have this photo handy for illustration. Glad you like it.

Hi Eva,
I love this so much. It is like a beautifully landscaped garden – designed by nature!

Hey kirsty, it is a beautiful landscape without any help from humans. Hey, anything up over your green wall yet? hint hint.

Eva, I love what you did to this. The “faded” quality of this really enhances the subject. Very nice!

Does it make you want to have wings and fly like a condor, bigsurkate?
Thank you.
