Catching Mona at Bookstains

Echostains has a new poetry challenge flying now at Bookstains. Yes, it’s all about Mona. Hmm.  Surf the painting to Bookstains to join the play.

entering your court

alone, worn soles floor kissing

sharing silence smirk

own secrets lacking

you made all mysterious

pale reality

What fun! I’ll have to surf on over, but not really in a poetry mood at the moment. Yours is great, Eva.

Love the worn soles and the floor kissing:) Mona Lisa LOVES this kind of homage being paid to her! Is she mysterious? or is she inwardly smirking? or are she and her devotee both smirking? VERY good! Thanks for joining in! Adding it to the Mona page now:) and giving it a tweet!

Thank you very very much, Lynda. Poetry based on the first time I saw her up close and personal in an otherwise entirely empty room.
O–to be tweeted! It tickles! LOL.

I like that part where you likened mysterious to pale reality, Eva.
