vanilla yogurt on the yellow line

at 4:30 am

best place

catch a cool breeze

while eating vanilla yogurt

in a purple bowl

on the unbroken yellow line

in the middle of the street

under a piece of moon

Watch out for big diesel trucks heading north loaded with tar sand oil pipes. They will not try to avoid running over you… all eigteen wheels.
Congrats on your efforts on behalf of the environment.

You sat on the yellow line, Eva? …eating yogurt? I think that sounds daring, especially at my age. I fear I might not make it up before a car reached me. Cool poem.

Hello, Leslie who paints! Oh I stood on the yellow line. The better to view the Moon. At 4:30 am there aren’t too many cars venturing down the street so no rush to move quickly out of the way. Besides you can hear them coming long before they’re in sight. LOL.
